The Tamaris residence opened in 1991, a 10-minute walk from INSA, CPE Lyon and Polytech. Every year since, we welcome a new generation of students — no platform, no agency, no hidden fees.
All-inclusive is our philosophy: one clear rent that bundles utilities, fiber and a fully equipped kitchen. You bring your suitcase, we handle the rest.
